Dijon : Burgundy's capital city

Ready to discover Dijon,
where history, culture and Burgundy's art de vivre come together in a walkable city perfect for relaxed strolls.

Follow the Parcours de la Chouette, a heritage-trail of brass owls guiding you through 22 must-see spots

from the Fine Arts Museum to the cathedral.

When you reach the good-luck owl charm on Rue de la Chouette ( the aptly named Owl Street) don’t forget to make a wish: left hand, eyes closed.

Just beware of the sneaky salamander sculpted  in the wall — legend says it might steal your wish if you’re not careful. Don't worry, local passers-by  will be happy to step in if you get it wrong!

And yes, the mustard is an absolute must.

Enjoy a tasting at La Boutique Atelier Fallot and take a jar back home— our favourite? The Pinot Noir mustard, what else ?
