Journey to the heart of Crémant de Bourgogne!

At the heart of the Veuve Ambal production site, take a guided tour* and discover the secrets of Crémant de Bourgogne production: from the vine to the tasting.
The discovery of its ageing cellars, workshops, robots and automatons at the service of the "traditional method" will fascinate young and old alike.
Projections on giant screens enhance the tour through the heart of the company.
For your children, a fun and specially adapted tour has been specially created.
A tasting of 3 crémants will be offered.
* Guided or audio-guided (audioguide in English, German, Dutch and Japanese)

Opening times and dates :
From 01/01/2026 to 04/04/2026 and from 31/10/2026 to 31/12/2026: open Monday to Saturday.
From 05/04/2026 to 25/10/2026: open 7 days a week.
Closed on 01/05/2026, 01/11/2026, 25/12/2026 and 01/01/2027.

Departure "2026" for cellar and production site visits:
Monday to Saturday: 10.30am - 2.30pm - 3.30pm - 4.30pm
Sundays from 05/04/2026 to 25/10/2026: 10.30am - 2.30pm - 3.30pm

Length of visit to the production site: allow 1? to 2 hours for the visit and tasting.

01/01 to 30/04 and 01/10 to 31/12: 9.30am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 6pm
02/05 to 30/09: 9.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 6.30pm
Sundays: 9.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 5.30pm from 1st April to 31st October
