Gilles BERARD built his foundations with the greatest chefs. Self-employed for 15 years and head of Ma table en Ville for 11 years, he decided in January 2024 to change his concept. A return to the flavours of yesteryear and a fierce desire to offer moments of exchange and sharing, around a generous, gourmet plate.
