Liqueurs Jean-Baptiste Joannet
For generations, our family has lived in Arcenant, a village traditionally renowned for growing red berries. Arcenant is located in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, 9 km west of Nuits-Saint-Georges and 15 km from Beaune.
We produce liqueurs, creams, jams and blackcurrant nectar using traditional methods and the greatest care. We invite you to discover our range:
- blackcurrant and cherry crèmes,
- raspberry, strawberry, vine peach and sloe liqueurs
- ratafia
- guignolet
- jams: raspberry, vine peach, redcurrant, blackcurrant, mirabelle plum, quetsche, rhubarb... depending on the season
- blackcurrant nectar
Our family recipes give us products with a high fruit content, good balance and very intense aromas and flavours. Our products are completely natural, with no additives or preservatives.
Our crème de cassis was approved by the "cassis de Bourgogne" geographical indication for spirits in January 2015. All the bottles of crème de cassis we produce are therefore subject to strict specifications. These stipulate in particular that the blackcurrant berries used in our production must be grown and processed in Burgundy, and that our recipe must contain a high concentration of the Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrant variety. We only use Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrants grown in our own fields around our village.
The quality of our work has been rewarded for several years by medals at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris. We have won 3 for 2025: a gold medal for crème de cassis and guignolet and a silver medal for raspberry liqueur.
