L'Escargot de Paille

This snail farm was set up in 2016 out of a desire to create a business linked to their passion for snails and cooking. They offer you ready-to-eat frozen products: traditional snails in shells, in croquilles (my favourites ;-) , assortments for aperitifs (croq'fort, tripéro), and 2. Production and processing of large grey snails for sale at farmers' markets.
