We welcome you in the shade of the alders, on a terrace along the mill's reach or in the beautiful room of the inn nestled in the old granary. You will be able to taste the products of the farm through a cuisine combining tradition and discovery (fras with sage, terrine with herbs from the garden, lamb with spices roasted in the wood oven, clafoutis with rhubarb... and apple juice, beers or wines from organic or biodynamic farming.
