Chef and owner Jérôme Raymond moved to the Hôtel du Morvan in this corner of Burgundy in July 2015, and has since made his own original, colourful, creative and generous mark, both in the hotel's 12 rooms and suites and in the gourmet restaurant serving local cuisine: La Table de Jérôme.
