La Rauderie

Just 1h40 from Paris, come and meet up with your group for holidays or special occasions (birthdays, cousinly get-togethers, EVJFs, EVGs, etc.) at La Rauderie, a renovated former farm set in the heart of the countryside with no close neighbours.

Comfortable, it is superbly equipped for groups of up to 25 people with or without children: a house that sleeps 15 and an outbuilding that sleeps 10.
La Rauderie benefits from an exceptional, unoverlooked setting, away from neighbours with a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside.
There is a pond on the property (unsecured), where you can watch a multitude of birds and other animals come and drink.

Fully equipped for groups, there are three large dining areas:
- an indoor dining room separate from the living room
- a dedicated terrace with tables and benches
- a sheltered area under the porch.

The kitchen is equipped with
- 2 ovens
- a large-capacity air fryer
- an XL hob
- two fridges/freezers
- an ice-cube maker
- a dishwasher
- filter and Nespresso coffee makers
- 2 raclette machines 12p
- 3 fondue machines 8p
- Everything you need to get started: condiments, sponges, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, etc.


The house is equipped with WIFI (fibre) and a TV area with Netflix away from the viewing rooms. It also has :
- table football
- a new wood-burning stove (wood supplied) in winter only
- a 1200w Bluetooth nomad speaker with 1 microphone
- board games
- books
- games for children

Outside on the 1.5-hectare site, you have a wide range of facilities at your disposal:
- a heated swimming pool open from May to the end of September, secured by a bar cover.
- a brand-new, floodlit petanque court - facing the sunset! (boules provided)
- a solid barbecue and a plancha brazier (wood and charcoal not provided)
- chairs, seats, coffee tables, deckchairs and parasols
- Mobile football goal, badminton/volleyball net, rackets, balls, table tennis table

The sleeping area of the main house comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have their own bathrooms, and a comfortable air-conditioned dormitory, complemented by a large bathroom on the ground floor (bath and shower).
An outbuilding (a few metres from the entrance to the house) provides a second sleeping area organised as a dormitory for 10 people.
