The mornings are getting cooler, the mist has replaced the morning dew, and the basil tomatoes are gradually giving way to autumn dishes. To keep your spirits up, there's nothing like a boost of energy on your plate! After a fascinating visit to the Edmond Fallot workshop in Beaune, you can find what you need to wake up your taste buds in the shop.
The Moutarderie Fallot, France's first museum dedicated to mustard, invites you to discover this legendary condiment, thanks to a veritable voyage of discovery. A fun, interactive tour in a timeless, olfactory atmosphere like no other, the Discovery Trail takes visitors back through the centuries to remind them of the gestures and traditions associated with mustard and its history.
Ancient tools and equipment are displayed and enhanced by a harmonious interplay of light and sound, plunging visitors into the surprising world of mustard and revealing many of its manufacturing secrets. All your senses are awakened, and you can discover new and exciting pleasures, from making mustard to tasting it, and even test your knowledge!
