Hyacinthe Ducotey offers you a wide range of products made from the milk of his 35 goats that graze on the good Brionnaise grass: fresh, ripened, faisselles, soft cheeses, tommes, herb cheeses, apéricones and blue goat cheese.
You can find my products directly at the farm and at the Charlieu market on Saturday mornings.
