But Olivier Robert and his wife go further than that, conscientiously and thoughtfully carrying out their job as innkeepers, welcoming guests, pampering them, pleasing them with their personal cuisine inspired by the region's produce.
Very fine meats (veal, beef), carefully prepared accompaniments and fair prices, including for the cellar with its wide regional selection.
