First floor: 1 open-plan bedroom with 1 x 90x190 cm bed, communicating with 1 bedroom with 1 x 140x190 cm bed and en-suite shower room, separate WC. Lower level: dining room with pellet stove (1st bag free, over €6/bag), table football, and fully-equipped kitchen. 1 separate WC. Direct access to the terrace and garden, offering lovely uninterrupted views over the countryside. Public car park in front of the gîte.

All shops in Sombernon, 4 km away. 30 minutes from Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and Cité de la Gastronomie. Beaune, capital of Burgundy wines, MuséoParc Alésia and the Morvan Regional Park. Boat cruises to Pouilly-en-Auxois. Châteaux of Commarin and Châteauneuf-en-Auxois. Panthier and Grosbois reservoirs with beaches in season.
