Fromagerie de Bréviande
Since 2019 Juli Schmid Raset has been rearing 50 goats on his Bréviande farm in Parly. He produces organic cheeses made from raw milk: galet (lactic) frais, galet crémeux, galet aux épices, crottin, chevron cendré, vézelay and tome de Bréviande (pressed).
