Domaine Baptiste GUYOT : Découverte de nos vins et des caves

Located on the former farm of the Abbaye Saint-Martin, in the western part of Beaune, on the border between the town and the vineyards, the Baptiste Guyot estate opens its doors to you.
Baptiste Guyot took over the running of the family estate in 2010 and now manages 9 hectares of vines.
The grape varieties he works with are, of course, Pinot noir, Chardonnay and Aligoté.

Baptiste Guyot cultivates his vines using sustainable methods, favouring ploughing between the rows and organic treatments.

Domaine BAPTISTE GUYOT invites you to discover and taste 4 of its wines:
- 2 Whites (Aligoté OR Chardonnay)
- 2 Pinot Noir
You will visit the estate and the cellars.

Departure for tasting:
Departures: 10am, 11am, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm (may vary)
- Departures on Monday: Closed in the morning - 2.30 pm / 3.30 pm / 4.30 pm
- Tuesday departures: 10am / 11am / 2pm / 3pm / 4pm
- Wednesday departures: 10am / 11am (subject to availability)
- Thursday departures: 10am / 11am / 2pm / 3pm / 4pm
- Friday departures: 10am / 11am / 2pm / 3pm

Duration of tasting visit: approximately 1 hour

Ticket valid for the day and time slot (departure) selected by the purchaser, according to the opening days and hours of the Domaine Baptiste GUYOT (excluding the 2025 Wine Sale period), and according to the sanitary measures in force on the date of the tasting.
