The restaurant at Château de Vault-de-Lugny, which has been awarded a Michelin star since 2019, is located in the Château's new, light-filled dining room.
Chef Franco Bowanee uses produce from the kitchen garden and local produce with a few spices to create his menus. Karina Laval, pastry chef voted best pastry chef of the year 2024 by Gault et Millau Bourgogne. An all-lobster bistro meal is available on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
