A tour guide for... a long time, but still a passionate lover of Burgundy and Burgundies.
With a degree in viticulture and oenology, I now teach the history and sociology of vines and wine...
But I continue to walk our vineyards and roads and never tire of sharing the secrets of Dijon, Cluny and Vézelay.
As an author, researcher, columnist and freelancer, I'm constantly going back in time to share the art of living, medieval gardening and daily life in the time of the Dukes (of Burgundy, of course).
