Chapelle La Colombière

The Chapel of La Colombière venerates the relics of Saint Claude la Colombière, the spiritual director of Saint Margaret Mary. It houses the relics of Blessed Claude La Colombière (canonized by Pope John Paul II on May 31, 1992), who was the confidant and support of Saint Margaret Mary in her mission. Of Byzantine inspiration, the chapel, simple on the outside, is enriched on the inside by mosaics, stained glass windows, sculpted and painted capitals as well as sculptures offering an abundant decoration. In 2012, the chapel was listed as a Historic Monument.
