Champignonnière de Dijon
Discover the mushroom and its autumn colours.
Because autumn is THE season for mushrooms, with Blandine and Luc, discover this universe for the pleasure of your taste buds.
During the guided tour, you will learn about the history of the estate, its period as a priory from the 12th century, its period as a seigneury from the 17th century and its development since the 20th century.
In the second part, you'll discover the world of mushrooms with a visit to the cultivation rooms. The mushroom growers will explain how they manage to cultivate mushrooms that normally grow in the wild.
You will have free access to the exhibition room and the park. Vegetables are grown using techniques that make it possible to use substrates from the mushroom farm.
Tasty preserves of cooked mushrooms to accompany your aperitifs or dishes are available from the shop.
