Well-being Saturdays are a time for talking, sharing and workshops.
The aim is to learn about your well-being.
Do you think you know what it is? Then why do you often feel unwell? Tired? Anxious? Overwhelmed? Or even in pain?
Wellbeing Saturdays offer you a chance to reconnect with yourself and choose what fuels your well-being.
The aim of these meetings is to make well-being a permanent part of your life.
While this concept may seem unique to each individual, there are in fact a number of unavoidable pillars that we all share. It's a good idea to get to know them and put them into practice.
In this way, while preserving your authenticity, you will be led to change. Be a person who exudes serenity and peace. Does well-being appeal to you? This state of fulfilment is of course good for your health, but it's also good for you.
The ASEH modern art therapy association welcomes you to its premises.
CAB 67 in La Clayette is a warm place where you can relax and express yourself in a small group.
The well-being professionals involved have won awards from the association. They offer a varied 3-hour programme.
The exchange is made up of progressive workshops that encourage your availability and involvement.
A welcome period allows you to establish a relationship of trust with the wellbeing professional and the participants.
A time for chatting allows you to tell a story about your life to someone else who will do the same. This allows us to respond to a need to tell and to listen. It feels good to confide in someone? You'll see!

A time for sharing and talking about your bodily sensations and what you can easily opt for in your everyday life.
A second workshop to showcase your artistic expression. All forms of art are welcome. You will be guided by an artist's expression, and then the group will choose mediums and move together towards personal expression. It's time to dance, sing, write, paint and draw....
A time for sharing and talking about the benefits of artistic expression and what you can easily opt for in your daily life.
A time for open debate on the theme of the pebble in your shoe. Everyone talks about their worries. Then the group decides to discuss a theme that speaks to everyone. No advice or method is given, just the simple fact of sharing your experience on the subject will enable you to see things differently and change your life.
It's time to sum up what's been said and what you want to do next Saturday. What is said and done during a well-being Saturday remains confidential.
Well-being Saturdays are designed to be rich in exchange and kindness.
