The 19th-century Vergers-Potagers farm at the Château de Montigny-sur-Aube (MH) is an essential part of the National Forest Park, listed as one of France's Remarkable Gardens. Visitors can sample an exceptional range of fruit, vegetable and aromatic varieties in an exceptional setting, revisited by the chef A LA TABLE DES JARDINIERS (farm inn).
Our chef will be serving his "Coffret Fraîcheur", a real meal made from our organic fruit and vegetable harvests, his "dessert of the day" and his sorbets, on the terrace or in the orangery. It consists of three savoury dishes (one of which is hot) and one sweet dish (price based on €33/person, excluding drinks and entrance ticket required to enter the estate). We recommend that you book in advance.
